電能計量單元工作原理
被計量(liang)的(de)(de)每一相電(dian)能(neng)的(de)(de)電(dian)流(liu)通過(guo)(guo)(guo)互感器(qi)采樣(yang)得到(dao)電(dian)壓(ya)信(xin)號,再(zai)通過(guo)(guo)(guo)ATT7026A芯片內部的(de)(de)差放電(dian)路將電(dian)壓(ya)信(xin)號放大,放大的(de)(de)信(xin)號經(jing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)A/D轉換成(cheng)與(yu)其成(cheng)比例的(de)(de)數(shu)字信(xin)號,再(zai)經(jing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)高(gao)通濾波去除信(xin)號中的(de)(de)直流(liu)分量(liang)后進(jin)入數(shu)字乘法(fa)器(qi)的(de)(de)一個(ge)輸入端(duan)。被計量(liang)的(de)(de)電(dian)能(neng)電(dian)壓(ya)信(xin)號經(jing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)阻分壓(ya)取(qu)樣(yang),通過(guo)(guo)(guo)
ATT7026A芯片內(nei)部(bu)的差(cha)放(fang)電路將信號放(fang)大,再經過A/D轉換成與其成比例的數字信號,進入數字乘(cheng)法(fa)器的另一個輸入端與電流通道的信號進行乘(cheng)法(fa)運(yun)
算,完(wan)成被計量電(dian)(dian)能的(de)瞬(shun)時(shi)功(gong)率測量。每相輸(shu)出(chu)瞬(shun)時(shi)功(gong)率通過數(shu)(shu)字低通濾波器,進(jin)(jin)行積(ji)分(fen)處(chu)理,然(ran)后進(jin)(jin)行絕對值累加(jia)后進(jin)(jin)入"數(shu)(shu)字/頻率"轉換器,經(jing)過分(fen)頻電(dian)(dian)路輸(shu)出(chu)的(de)脈沖經(jing)過隔離后送入CPU單元進(jin)(jin)行處(chu)理,分(fen)別記錄有功(gong)和無(wu)功(gong)的(de)總(zong)電(dian)(dian)量及有功(gong)反向電(dian)(dian)量。
3.2 CPU單元工作原理
電能(neng)(neng)計(ji)量(liang)單元輸(shu)出(chu)的高頻(pin)脈沖通過兩個光(guang)電耦合器(qi),一(yi)路(lu)作為無(wu)源脈沖輸(shu)出(chu)用于出(chu)廠檢驗和用戶對電能(neng)(neng)表(biao)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)校驗;另一(yi)路(lu)送到CPU芯片(pian)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)數(shu)(shu)據處理。CPU在系統(tong)(電能(neng)(neng)表(biao)程(cheng)序(xu))指(zhi)令下,根據數(shu)(shu)據存(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)器(qi)中的記憶及儀表(biao)常數(shu)(shu)計(ji)算出(chu)有功和無(wu)功的電量(liang)值(zhi),再轉存(cun)(cun)(cun)到內部存(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)器(qi)中,存(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)的數(shu)(shu)據既可以(yi)通過LCD顯(xian)示(shi), 又(you)可以(yi)通過紅外和RS485兩種通迅方式輸(shu)出(chu)。

5.安裝使用
·安裝電能表需有經(jing)驗的(de)電工或專業(ye)人員(yuan),并確定已經(jing)讀(du)完本(ben)手冊;
·從(cong)包裝箱(xiang)(xiang)中取出電能(neng)表,確認(ren)外(wai)殼無損傷,檢查包裝箱(xiang)(xiang)中的物品是否和清單中的吻合;
·電(dian)能表(biao)上部有(you)掛(gua)鉤(gou)螺釘孔,用M4掛(gua)鉤(gou)螺釘固定(ding),電(dian)能表(biao)下部有(you)兩個安裝孔,用M4X10或M4X12自攻(gong)螺釘固定(ding)在墻壁或接(jie)線板上(見(jian)外形尺(chi)寸(cun)圖);
·檢(jian)查(cha)兩端的(de)鉛(qian)封是否完好;
·電能(neng)表應按接(jie)線(xian)端(duan)(duan)蓋上的接(jie)線(xian)圖(tu)正確接(jie)線(xian),13、14端(duan)(duan)為(wei)RS485通訊接(jie)口端(duan)(duan),15、16端(duan)(duan)為(wei)有功脈(mo)沖測試輸出端(duan)(duan),17、18端(duan)(duan)為(wei)無功脈(mo)沖測試輸出端(duan)(duan);
