被計(ji)量(liang)的(de)每一相電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流通(tong)過(guo)互感器采樣得到電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao),再通(tong)過(guo)ATT7026A芯片內部的(de)差放電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)將電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)放大,放大的(de)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)經(jing)過(guo)A/D轉換成與其成比例的(de)數字信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao),再經(jing)過(guo)高通(tong)濾(lv)波去(qu)除信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)中的(de)直流分量(liang)后進入數字乘法器的(de)一個輸入端。被計(ji)量(liang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)經(jing)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)分壓(ya)取(qu)樣,通(tong)過(guo)
ATT7026A芯片內部(bu)的(de)(de)差(cha)放電路將信(xin)號放大,再經過A/D轉換成(cheng)與其(qi)成(cheng)比例的(de)(de)數字(zi)(zi)信(xin)號,進入數字(zi)(zi)乘法器的(de)(de)另一個輸(shu)入端與電流通道的(de)(de)信(xin)號進行(xing)乘法運
算,完成被(bei)計量電(dian)(dian)能的瞬時(shi)功(gong)率(lv)測量。每相輸出瞬時(shi)功(gong)率(lv)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)數字低通(tong)(tong)濾波器,進行積分處理,然后進行絕對值累加(jia)后進入"數字/頻(pin)率(lv)"轉換器,經過(guo)(guo)分頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)路輸出的脈沖經過(guo)(guo)隔離后送入CPU單元進行處理,分別記(ji)錄有功(gong)和無功(gong)的總(zong)電(dian)(dian)量及有功(gong)反向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)量。
3.2 CPU單元工作原(yuan)理
電(dian)能(neng)計量單元輸出(chu)(chu)的(de)高頻脈(mo)沖通(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)兩個光電(dian)耦合器(qi),一路(lu)作為無(wu)源(yuan)脈(mo)沖輸出(chu)(chu)用于(yu)出(chu)(chu)廠檢驗(yan)(yan)和(he)用戶對電(dian)能(neng)表(biao)進行(xing)校驗(yan)(yan);另一路(lu)送(song)到CPU芯片進行(xing)數據處理。CPU在(zai)系統(電(dian)能(neng)表(biao)程序)指令下,根(gen)據數據存(cun)儲(chu)器(qi)中的(de)記憶及儀表(biao)常數計算出(chu)(chu)有功和(he)無(wu)功的(de)電(dian)量值,再轉存(cun)到內部(bu)存(cun)儲(chu)器(qi)中,存(cun)儲(chu)的(de)數據既可以通(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)LCD顯示, 又可以通(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)紅(hong)外和(he)RS485兩種通(tong)(tong)(tong)迅方式輸出(chu)(chu)。

5.安(an)裝使用
·安裝電能表需有(you)經驗的(de)電工(gong)或(huo)專(zhuan)業人(ren)員,并確定已經讀完本手冊;
·從包(bao)裝箱中取出電能表(biao),確認外殼(ke)無損傷,檢查包(bao)裝箱中的物(wu)品是否和清單中的吻合(he);
·電能(neng)表(biao)上(shang)部(bu)有掛鉤(gou)螺釘(ding)孔,用M4掛鉤(gou)螺釘(ding)固定(ding),電能(neng)表(biao)下部(bu)有兩個安裝孔,用M4X10或M4X12自(zi)攻螺釘(ding)固定(ding)在墻壁(bi)或接線板上(shang)(見外(wai)形尺寸圖);
·檢查兩端(duan)的(de)鉛封是否完好(hao);
